Merry Christmas Everyone!

Another year has come and gone - so hard to believe! I would like to thank friends and family and everyone who has encouraged and supported me this year. Its been a fun year and I cant help but to think that the coming year will be even better. Our workouts at the indoor track are starting to really ramp up and swimming is going amazing after a couple 100km+ months.

I hope everyone passes a safe and enjoyable Christmas/New Year and I look forward to catching up with you all in the new year.
