Exploding Groundhog!
The thought of cycling around and around a 1km square circuit may seem boring to some but I find crit racing pretty exciting! There always seems to be action out on the course and you always have to be aware and prepared. But last night's action was a first for me! More...

You gotta know when to hold 'em... know when to fold 'em
Well the 2007 season has begun... but the first race of the year was very rough! On May 12, I raced in Ixtapa Mexico in the 2007 Ixtapa ITU Triathlon Pan American Cup. The race itself was a bit of a disaster and ended with a trip to the local naval hospital.
