Triathlon Lac Leamy

Musselman ITU Pan American Cup
On Friday July 13th, I set out for Geneva NY - site of the 2007 Musselman ITU Pan American Cup. Despite traveling on an unlucky day, my luck in the event turned out to be mostly good and I finished the race with a 13th place position. St Lambert race report
I drove to Montreal on the morning of the race expecting a solid race (given the talent on the start list) but was hoping to keep the effort to a controlled level. With an ITU race coming up the following weekend I didn’t want to go too far into" the hole". But sometimes you have to expect the unexpected!

Canadian Sprint Championships - Bronze Medalist!
This Canada Day long weekend proved to be a very good weekend of racing for me. Saturday I ran my way to the podium in the National Sprint Championships (finishing in 3rd) and then won the Barry's Bay triathlon on Monday. What feels especially good about Saturday's race was the fact that I was able to run pretty hard. Finally my running is getting back up to speed! More...
